Location: Ottawa, Canada

After two flights totalling 4 hours, we arrived in the Ottawa airport to wait out our layover for our final flight to London. And let me tell you: there are maple leaves everywhere. (Not real ones, of course. Just the design of them.) I kinda hope it isn't like this out in the city and is just limited to tourism efforts in the airport. It would be kind of ridiculous outside of here. Makes me realize how ridiculous America is with all the flags everywhere.

Between our first flight and second flight was a bit of a pain. Our second flight finished boarding as we got off on the other side of the airport, meaning we had to run to make it. But make it we did, and we landed around 6:30 in Canada. Our next flight isn't until 10:30, unfortunately. On the up side, Charlotte and I got our first stamps in our passports.

Now we're sitting around charging our devices finding ways to pass time. A few photos were taken of the airport, but I can't upload them now. My iPad doesn't support SD cards, so I'll have to borrow Mom's computer when I can.

That's about it for the update. The two flights were uneventful, and our long layover is looking the same. Tomorrow we'll be in our hotels and exploring London, or sleeping off the lagtime. Maybe not. We'll see.
